Our Christmas table decor rental package makes it easy to create a warm, coordinated Christmas dinner table at home without purchasing, matching and storing seasonal decorations yourself. The Classic Christmas Table Package is designed for families who enjoy setting their own table but want the décor already selected and coordinated for them.
Mosaic Event & Party Rentals prepares the decorative elements according to your selected table size. When your package arrives, simply follow the included setup instructions to arrange the pieces and create your Christmas tablescape.
What’s Included in Your Classic Christmas Table Package
Each package includes a coordinated collection of Christmas table decorations selected to work together as one complete look:
• Table runner in your choice of red satin, green satin or ivory cheesecloth
• Decorated eucalyptus Christmas garland sized for your selected table
• Christmas ornaments and seasonal accents incorporated throughout the garland
• Faux snow detailing for a soft winter inspired finish
• Set of three or more cylinder candle holders
• Floating candles
• Simple setup instructions to help you recreate the tablescape at home
Our cylinder candle holders add different heights and warm candlelight along the centre of the table while allowing guests to comfortably see and speak with one another.

Approximately 4 ft of decorated garland

The garland is intentionally sized shorter than the full table length, leaving approximately 12 inches of clear space at each end of the table. This provides room for place settings at the head of the table while keeping the Christmas décor concentrated through the centre.

Personalize the look of your Christmas tablescape by selecting one of three runner options:
Red Satin
A traditional Christmas choice that adds warmth and rich seasonal colour.
Green Satin
A classic option that complements the eucalyptus garland and creates a coordinated green Christmas palette.

Your runner selection does not change the package price.
An Easy DIY Christmas Tablescape
The Classic package is designed as a DIY Christmas table decor rental. Mosaic coordinates and prepares the decorative pieces, while you have the flexibility to arrange everything yourself before your guests arrive.
You do not need professional decorating experience. The included instructions will show you how to position the runner, garland, candle holders and finishing accents to recreate the intended look.
If you love the idea of a professionally coordinated Christmas table but still enjoy adding the final touches yourself, Classic offers an easy balance between convenience and creativity.
What’s Not Included in the Classic Package
The Classic package focuses specifically on the decorative elements of your Christmas table. Dinner plates, charger plates, cutlery, napkins, wine glasses and water glasses are not included.

Mosaic Event & Party Rentals provides Christmas table packages for celebrations throughout Milton, Oakville, Mississauga, Burlington, Hamilton, Etobicoke, Toronto, Niagara and surrounding areas.
Delivery and pickup charges are additional and are calculated according to the event location. Package availability is also subject to your selected Christmas event date.
