  • Terrace is 15 guests if weather permits 

Time Slots: 11:00am-3:00pm or 5:00pm-12:00am 

Access 1hr before event for set up 

Pricing : Morning $1100 – Evening $1250

  • Chiavarie chairs (gold/Silver/black) of your choice 
  • 6 Tables ( 8’ rectangle or 60” round 
  • 1 Food Table 
  • set up of tables and chairs (Maximum of 50 Seats)

Glassware & Cutlery Add Ons: 

  • $80 delivery charge applicable to all orders 
  • Appetizer Plates/Dessert Plates or Bowls – $6 per dozen
    Dinner Plates – $6 per dozen
    Forks/Knives/Spoons – $6 per dozen
    Water Glasses & Mugs – $6 per dozen
    Napkins – 0.80 cents each
    Table Runners – $8 each 

The client is responsible for the clean up of any garbage/food left over from the event.

$125 kitchen cleaning fees 

Kitchen should be cleaned from any food wastes and garbage removed by clients 

The Acreage  

3 Acres of green surrounded with mature trees, were tent and portable wash room can be added

Parking spots available 

All tents , tables and chairs are provided by “Mosaic Event Rentals” according to client request 

Portable wash room is provided by third party 

 

Outdoor Photo Shooting Session  

$175/ hr with minimum of 2 hours 

Maximum of 10 guests 

 

Full Mansion Renting For Your Events 

From Friday 11 am to Monday 11 am $12000 +$400 cleaning fees 

Garbage should be removed by the client
